JUDGMENT Kailash Prasad Deo, J. – Let this case be listed along with B.A. No.3363 of 2018 and A.B.A. No.1522 of 2018. 2. The Court has put a query with the learned counsel for the petitioner, whether being a Branch Manager the petitioner is ready to return the money or not, upon which the learned counsel prays for time to seek instruction. 3. Call for the case diary from the court concerned. 4. The State is directed to file counter affidavit in detail stating the role of the petitioner in transferring the money of the loanee to other account in contravention with the bank circular on the application filed by the guaranter, as stated by the learned counsel for the State. 5. Let a copy of this order be handed over to the learned counsel for the State for filing the detail counter affidavit.
