JUDGMENT Mr. Tejinder Singh Dhindsa, J. (Oral).:- The instant petition has been preferred under Section 482 Cr.P.C. read with Section 439 Cr.P.C. seeking concession of interim bail for a period of three weeks for the petitioner to attend marriage of son of his brother-in-law. 2. Petitioner is an accused in FIR No.83 dated 17.08.2017, under Section 18/61/85 of the NDPS Act, registered at Police Station Bahawala, District Fazilka and is presently lodged in Central Jail, Ferozepur. 3. Learned State counsel upon instructions from ASI Partab Singh submits that due verification has been done and marriage of Sukhwant Singh i.e. nephew of the present petitioner is to be solemnized on 10- 11/03.2018. 4. Prayer in the instant petition is not seriously opposed by learned State counsel. 5. In view of the averments made in the petition and submissions advanced by counsel, petitioner is granted concession of interim bail for a period of four days commencing from 09.03.2018. 6. Petitioner be enlarged on interim bail for the aforesaid period subject to satisfaction of the trial Court/Duty Magistrate, concerned. 7. Petitioner is directed to surrender before the Jail Authorities concerned on 13.03.2018 at 5 P.M. 8. Disposed of.
