JUDGMENT Shree Chandrashekhar, J. – On second call also the learned counsel for the petitioners is absent. 2. On previous occasion also, that is, on 09.08.2010 the petitioners were not represented through their counsel. 3. Thereafter the matter was listed on 14.06.2017 when it was adjourned by four weeks. 4. In the above facts I am not inclined to adjourn the matter any further and accordingly the writ petition is dismissed in default. 5. Interim order dated 17.08.2009 stands vacated. 6. Let a copy of the order be communicated to the trial court through FAX.
