Learned counsel for the appellants concedes that the issue raised in the appeal is covered against the appellants as per decision dated 08.01.2018 in D.B. Special Appeal (Writ) No. 938/2017 The State of Rajsthan & Ors. v. Raspinder Singh & Ors. 3. Accordingly, the writ appeal is dismissed.
