JUDGMENT Mr. Tejinder Singh Dhindsa, J. (Oral).:- Petitioner seeks benefit of regular bail pending trial in case FIR No.145 dated 11.10.2017, under Section 15/22/61/85 of the NDPS Act, registered at Police Station Moonak, District Sangrur. 2. Counsel for the parties have been heard at length. 3. As per prosecution version, the alleged recovery effected from the present petitioner was of 800 intoxicant tablets. As per report of Chemical Examiner, salt of alprazolam was found. 4. The total alleged recovery from the petitioner comes to 92 grams approximately of Alprazolam. 5. The same would be construed as marginally over and above the commercial quantity. 6. Petitioner is not stated to be involved in any other case under the NDPS Act. 7. Petitioner was arrested on 11.10.2017. 8. Investigation in the case is complete and challan has been presented. 9. Trial is at the very initial stage and would take time to conclude. 10. In the totality of circumstances and without making any observations on merits, present petition is allowed. 11. Petitioner be enlarged on bail subject to satisfaction of trial Court/Duty Magistrate, concerned. 12. Disposed of.
