JUDGMENT : Mahabir Singh Sindhu, J. Status Report by way of affidavit dated 12.03.2018 of Dr. S. Boopathi, IPS, SSP, Patiala on behalf of the respondent has been filed. The same is taken on record. Copy supplied to the opposite side. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioners stated that in pursuance of orders dated 05.02.2018 and 17.02.2018 of this Court, the petitioners have joined the investigation and their custodial interrogation is no longer required. 3. The above fact is duly acknowledged by learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Kuldeep Singh, by submitting that the petitioners have joined the investigation and their custodial interrogation is no longer required in this case. 4. In view of above, the interim order dated 05.02.2018 is made absolute, subject to the conditions as envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. and the present petition stands disposed off.
