JUDGMENT Kurian, J. - Leave granted. 2. The appellant is before this Court, aggrieved by the impugned Judgment dated 17.11.2017 passed by the High Court of Judicature at Madras in Criminal Appeal No. 1819 of 2003, whereby the conviction of the appellant under Section 471 read with 468 IPC has been upheld. It is seen from the Judgment of the High Court that the learned counsel could not appear for arguing the matter. 3. After having heard the learned counsel for the appellant as well as the learned Additional Solicitor General appearing for the respondent, we are of the view and it is in the interest of justice that the appellant be given a chance to argue her case before the High Court. 4. Accordingly, we set aside the impugned Judgment and remit the matter to the High Court. The parties shall appear before the High Court on 03.10.2018. The appellant shall not seek any adjournment before the High Court. 5. In view of the above, the appeal is disposed of.
