JUDGMENT : Mahabir Singh Sindhu, J. Present appeal has been filed by the complainant, challenging the order dated 25.04.2011, passed by learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Hisar, vide which his complaint under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881 has been dismissed and the accused has been acquitted. 2. It has been pointed out by learned Counsel for the respondent that the sole respondent has died on 15.05.2017. 3. The above factual position is not disputed by learned Counsel for the appellant. 4. In view of above, the present appeal stands abated. Ordered accordingly.
