JUDGMENT : Mahabir Singh Sindhu, J. Present petition has been filed for directing the respondents to complete the investigation in FIR No.9 dated 27.01.2016 (P-5), under Sections 353, 332, 186, 148 and 149 of the Indian Penal Code as well as FIR No.10 dated 27.01.2016 (P-6), under Sections 435, 436, 452, 427, 379, 148, 149 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code, both registered at Police Station Hariana, District Hoshiarpur. 2. Learned State Counsel, on instructions from ASI Bikramjit Singh, has stated that reports under Section 173 Cr.P.C. in FIR No.9 dated 27.01.2016 as well as FIR No.10 dated 27.01.2016 have been submitted on 23.08.2017 and 06.02.2018 respectively. 3. In view of above, the present petition is rendered infructuous. Disposed off accordingly.
