ORDER Upon a mention being made by the learned counsel for the appellant, paragraph 3 of the Order dated 19.01.2018 passed by this Court in Criminal Appeal No.128 of 2018 will now be read as under :- “3. Taking into account the period of custody suffered i.e. for over two and half years and the sentence awardable under Sections 132, 135(1)(a) and 135(1)(b) of the Customs Act, 1962, if the accused-appellant is to be held liable and also the fact that the trial has not yet commenced we are of the view that the accused appellant is entitled to be released on bail. We order accordingly. The appellant shall be relased on bail to the satisfaction of the learned trial Court in connection with Complaint No.1 of 2015 under Sections 132 and 135(1)(a) and 135(b) of the Customs Act, 1962.
