JUDGMENT Mrs. Anita Chaudhry, J.:- The petitioner is seeking regular bail in FIR No. 522 dated 22.06.2017, registered under Sections 306, 34 IPC, Police Station Chandni Bagh, District Panipat. 2. Counsel for the petitioner contends that the petitioner is the real brother of the complainant and the complainant’s wife had committed suicide in her home and allegedly a suicide note has been left. Counsel urges that the petitioner’s family is residing separately for the last 20 years and litigation was going on between them since 2012 as would be apparent from the documents made available on record. It was urged that it was the deceased who had filed the suit and there were property disputes and they had lost all the litigation and they had obtained the information under the RTI Act, which is available at page 49, which would show that between 2013 and September 2017 there was only one RTI application against the deceased. 3. The deceased had left behind a suicide note stating that the petitioner and one more brother was responsible for her death. The allegations are that the accused used to file complaints against the deceased and threatened her that they would not allow her to do her job. The police could not collect any complaint filed against her. 4. The investigation is over. The trial will take time to conclude. Without commenting upon the merits of the case, the petition is allowed and the petitioner is directed to be released on regular bail on execution of adequate personal and surety bonds to the satisfaction of trial Court/Duty Magistrate.
