JUDGMENT : Mahabir Singh Sindhu, J. The present petition has been filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.191 dated 01.06.2016, registered under Sections 21, 22/61/85 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, registered at Police Station City Barnala, District Barnala. 2. It is contended by learned Counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 01.06.2016 and out of 14 PWs, only 05 PWs have been examined till date. 3. The above factual position is duly acknowledged by learned State Counsel, on instructions from ASI Karamjit Singh. 4. In view of recovery i.e. being commercial quantity, no case is made out to grant the concession of regular bail to the petitioner. 5. Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed. However, learned trial Court is directed to conclude the trial within four months from today.
