JUDGMENT KURIAN, J. 1. Leave granted. 2. The appellants have been convicted under Section 324 read with Section 34 IPC. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent -complainant submits that the disputes have been amicably settled between the parties and hence, he has no objection in case the offence is compounded. 3. Having heard the learned counsel appearing on both sides, we are of the view that it is in the interest of justice that the offences for which the appellants have been convicted under Sections 324 read with Section 34 IPC in S.T. No. 361 of 2002 on the file of Additional District and Sessions Judge, Moradabad are compounded. Ordered accordingly. 4. In view of the above, the appeal is allowed.
