JUDGMENT : MAHABIR SINGH SINDHU, J. 1. Present petition has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners in case Complaint No.6006/2013 dated 22.01.2013, under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code, titled as 'Harjinder Singh Versus Karamjit Kaur', pending in the Court of Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Ropar. 2. This Court, while issuing notice of motion on 06.11.2017, passed the following order:- "Heard. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the incident allegedly took place on 21.09.2011 in which Rajwinder Kaur wife of Ranjodh Singh died in a fire incident. In her first statement, she stated that she caught fire accidentally but later on she changed her statement and implicated the petitioners. The police investigated the matter and found the petitioners innocent and moved cancellation report. On the basis of complaint filed by father of the deceased, the petitioners have been ordered to be summoned. Husband and mother-in-law of the deceased have not been named in the complaint. Petitioner No.2 is younger brother and petitioner interrogation of the petitioners is not required and they are ready to appear before the trial Court and face the trial. Notice of motion for 16.01.2018. Petitioners are directed to surrender before the trial Court/Duty Magistrate, within two weeks and on their appearance, they shall be released on interim bail, till the next date, on their furnishing bail bonds and surety bonds to the satisfaction of concerned trial Court/Duty Magistrate." 3. Learned Counsel for the petitioners has produced on record the copy of order dated 10.11.2017, passed by learned JMIC, Rupnagar to show that in terms of order dated 06.11.2017 of this Court, petitioner No.1-Karamjit Kaur @ Paramjit Kaur has surrendered before learned trial Court and submitted the bail bonds and surety bonds. The said order is taken on record and marked as 'X'. 4. So far as, petitioner No.2-Hardeep Singh @ Happy is concerned, the attested bail bonds and surety bonds are also part of the documents produced by learned Counsel for the petitioners. Even the charges have also been framed. All the documents are taken on record as Annexure Y (Colly.). 5. In view of above, it is apparently clear that both the petitioners have joined the proceedings and thus the interim order dated 06.11.2017 of this Court is made absolute and the present petition stands disposed off. 6.
