JUDGMENT Anubha Rawat Choudhary, J. - Heard counsel for the parties. 2. Counsel for the respondents Mr. Rajesh Kumar submits that the instant writ petition has been filed interalia challenging the possession notice under Section 13 (4) of the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement (Security) Interest Act, 2002 (hereinafter referred to as the ''SARFAESI Act'') and he submits that the petitioner has alternative remedy provided under Section 17 of the SARFAESI Act and therefore this writ petition is not maintainable. 3. Considering the submission made by counsel for the respondent , this writ petition is dismissed as not maintainable on account of availability of alternative remedy under the provisions of Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement (Security) Interest Act, 2002. 4. However, it is open for the petitioner to get his grievance redressed in accordance with law.
