JUDGMENT Anubha Rawat Choudhary, J. - Heard counsel for the petitioner. 2. This writ petition has been filed for the following reliefs:- "For issuance of direction upon the respondents to release the outstanding amounts of Rs. 6,85,92,811/- against the work done by the petitioner pertaining to the construction of Administrative Building in the Campus of Central University of Jharkhand along with compound interest @ Rs. 18% per annum, which has been illegally withheld by the respondents." 3. Counsel for the respondents on the other hand submits that the amount as claimed by the petitioner is not an admitted amount and moreover criminal case by C.B.I is pending against the petitioner in connection with the work involved in this case and charge-sheet has already been submitted in connection with the same. 4. Considering the relief prayed for by the petitioner, this court finds that the same is money claim and is being dsputed by the respondents. In this view of the matter , this court is not inclined to entertain this writ petition. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed as not maintainable . 5. However, the petitioner may get his grievance redressed in accordance with law .
