JUDGMENT : Daya Chaudhary, J. The prayer in the present petition is for quashing of order dated 10.05.2008, which has already been challenged in CWP No.13152 of 2016. Said petition was heard along with CWP No.15930 of 2010. The relevant portion of the order passed in CWP No.15930 of 2010 is reproduced as under :- “Keeping in view the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court had directed Senior Divisional Commissioner (Commercial Manager), Ambala, to be present in Court today. Mr. Jindal has sought instructions from her and submits that if there is any lack of amenities, a high-powered meeting of the Railways shall be constituted within 02 weeks from today and all necessary steps shall be taken. Various reports submitted by the Local Commissioners as well as the Committee shall be taken into consideration. Needful shall be done at the earliest, in any case, not later than 04 months.” 2. The writ petition filed by the petitioner was disposed of in view of said writ petition. The order passed in the writ petition filed by the petitioner is reproduced as under :- “Mr. Karminder Singh, Advocate, submits that the high-powered Committee, which is to be constituted in light of order passed in connected matter (CWP-15930-2010), which has been disposed of today, shall also examine whether there is any lack of facilities/amenities at the Railway Station at Jalandhar and take necessary steps in the same terms as in aforesaid petition. In view of the above, no direction is necessary. Disposed of.” 3. Order dated 10.05.2008 has been challenged in the present petition, whereas, the writ petition has already been disposed of with the direction. No cause of action has arisen at this stage. 4. The petition is accordingly dismissed. 5. However, the petitioner is having a remedy of filing the contempt petition.
