JUDGMENT : 1. Ms. Pratibha Nachankar wants time to file vakalatnama as well as to file reply on behalf of respondent Nos. 2 and 3. 2. Four weeks time is granted to file vakalatnama as well as filing of reply. In the meanwhile the counsel and the appellant shall remove all offence objections since the appeal is on stand, failing which the appeal shall stand dismissed automatically without reference to the Court. 3. Smt. Nachankar, learned counsel for respondent Nos. 2 to 13 submits that she has received incomplete compilation. Mr. Desai learned counsel for appellant submitted that, he will handover fresh compilation complete in nature. Stand over to 17th July, 2018.
