ORDER : 1. The Station Officer, Police Station Clementown, Dehradun, has sent an e-mail to this Court intimating that Ombir Singh Tomar is absconding. 2. We direct the Magistrate of the competent jurisdiction to initiate proceedings under Sections 82 and 83 Cr.P.C. immediately. 3. The Station Officer, Police Station Clementown, Dehradun, is directed to communicate a copy of this order to the Magistrate concerned. 4.
