JUDGMENT : Mahabir Singh Sindhu, J. Present petition has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.22 dated 08.01.2018, under Sections 420 & 188 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 63 of the Copyright Act, 1957, registered at Police Station Saran, District Faridabad. 2. It is contended by learned Counsel for the petitioner that in pursuance of order dated 05.02.2018 of this Court, the petitioner has already joined the investigation and his custodial interrogation is no longer required. 3. The above fact is duly acknowledged by learned State Counsel, on instructions from SI Ramesh Chand, by submitting that the petitioner has joined the investigation and his custodial interrogation is no longer required in this case. 4. More particularly, even the parties have already taken recourse to the remedy by way of civil suit also. 5. In view of above, the interim order dated 05.02.2018 is made absolute, subject to the conditions as envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. and the present petition stands disposed off.
