body2018
ORDER : 1. The present writ petitions are filed assailing the order dated 01.08.2018 by which NCERT-Respondent No. 1 has accorded recognition to the petitioner-Institution only for the Academic Year 201920. We are of the opinion that such recognition ought to have been accorded for the Academic Year 2018-19 for the reason that otherwise everything else was found to be in order. 2. In accordance with paragraph No. 5(2) of the Order dated 01.08.2018, Respondent No. 2 will decide the application for affiliation, which the petitioner-Institution assures us will be submitted within one day. 3. After submission of the application for affiliation, inspection will be carried out within three days and the order granting or refusing to grant affiliation, will be made within one day thereafter. If it is found that affiliation is granted, the petitioner-Institution will be allowed to admit students for the Academic Year 201819 inasmuch as counselling is not yet over. 4. We further make it clear that this order is made on the peculiar facts and circumstances of this case. 5. The writ petitions are disposed of accordingly.
