ORDER : 1. We have heard Mr. Mukul Rohatgi, learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner at some length. 2. We do not agree with the points that he has raised keeping in mind that this case relates to enforcement of a foreign award which concerns the Maritime Community. However, we consider that the interest granted @ 18% on a Quantum Meruit claim is high. In the interest of justice, therefore, we reduce the rate of interest to 9%. Apart from this the impugned judgment is not interfered with. 3. The Special Leave Petition is disposed of accordingly.
