JUDGMENT Sanjay Karol, A.C.J —It is argued that the relief(s) sought in the present writ petition are covered by judgment dated 11.8.2016, rendered in CWP No. 3467 of 2009, titled as Shri Prakarti Bhushan Singh Vs. The State of H.P. and others and further prayed that the petitioner may be permitted to file representation in terms of the aforesaid judgment to the respondents, which may be ordered to be considered within two weeks. State possibly may not have any objection to the same. 2. No other point is urged. 3. Leaving the questions of law open, we dispose of the present petition with a direction to the petitioner to file a detailed representation to the respondents/competent authority and thereafter, the respondents shall consider and decide the same within a period of eight weeks thereafter, by affording adequate opportunity of hearing/representation to the petitioner. Needless to add, if the order is not in favour of the petitioner, the authority shall assign reasons while deciding the same, which shall be communicated to the petitioner. Liberty granted to the petitioner to place additional material on record, if any. 4. With these directions, present petition stands disposed of, so also pending applications, if any. Copy dasti.
