CM No. 4085-CWP of 2018 This application has been filed for disposal of main case i.e. CWP No. 15379 of 2017 in view of judgment dated 15.05.2013(Annexure P-7) passed by this Court in Neelam Rani Vs. State of Haryana & Others, CWP No.11254 of 2010 case and also in view of order dated 21.11.2017 (Annexure P-12) passed by Additional Chief Secretary to Government of Haryana, Finance Department. 2. Notice in the application. 3. Notice on behalf of respondents has been accepted by Mr. S.S. Mann, Sr. DAG, Haryana. Having no objection from other side, the present petition is taken up for hearing today itself. CWP No. 15379 of 2017 4. In view of order passed in Neelam Rani's case as well as order dated 21.11.2017 (Annexure P-12) passed by Additional Chief Secretary to Government of Haryana, learned State counsel has given an assurance to this Court not to implement the impugned order passed against the petitioner which is under challenge in the present petition. 5. In view of the statement made by learned State counsel, the present petition stands disposed of in view of judgment dated 15.05.2003 (Annexure P-7) passed by this Court in CWP No. 11254 of 2010 titled as "Neelam Rani D/o Raj Roop Vs. The State of Haryana and Others".
