Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Dawinderjit Singh has submitted that the petitioner has joined investigation on 11.3.2018 in this case and his/her custodial interrogation is not required anymore. 2. In the light of above circumstances, interim bail granted to the petitioner vide order dated 9.1.2018 is made absolute subject to conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. Petition stands disposed of.
