ORDER Leave granted. 2. Having heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties, we are of the view that the Appellant should be enlarged on regular bail, subject to the following conditions: 1) The Appellant shall furnish bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 25,000/-(Twenty Five Thousands only) with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of the concerned Court. 2) The Appellant shall get his presence marked before the concerned Court/S.H.O. of the Police Station once in a month; 3) The Appellant would produce his latest and full residential address in the concerned Court/Police Station while obtaining bail and he shall not change his address without the prior permission of the Court. 4) If the Appellant is holding a passport, he shall deposit the same in the concerned trial Court and if not, he should produce affidavit in that regard. 5) The Appellant is directed to cooperate with the investigation of the case. 3. In case of any breach of the conditions, this Court, on being informed thereof, would, if inclined, initiate suo motu steps for cancellation of the bail, which is hereby granted. 4. In this view, the impugned judgment of the High Court stands set aside. 5. The appeal is disposed of in the afore-stated terms. Pending application filed in the matter also stands disposed of.
