JUDGMENT Ajay Tewari, J —Cm No. 6226-CII of 2018 This is an application for pre-ponement of the above-mentioned case. 2. Application is allowed. By the consent of parties the main case is taken up on board today itself. Main Case 3. This petition has been filed against the concurrent judgments of the courts below allowing an eviction petition of the respondents landlord. 4. After arguing for some time, counsel for the parties on instructions from their respective clients have agreed to the following:- i) The petitioner would undertake to vacate the premises in dispute on or before 31.03.2019. He shall file an undertaking to this effect before the Executing Court/Rent Controller on or before 31.07.2018. ii) In consideration for this, the respondents agree to waive off all arrears of rent and future rent. 5. Petition stands disposed of in the above terms. 6. Since the main case has been decided, the pending civil miscellaneous application, if any, also stands disposed of.
