JUDGMENT Rajesh Shankar, J. - Mr. J.F.Toppo, learned S.C. (L&C) prays for two weeks'' more time, by way of last indulgence, to file counter affidavit on behalf of the respondents. 2. In view of the said prayer, put up this case after two weeks under the heading "For Orders". 3. If no counter affidavit is filed on behalf of the respondents within a period of two weeks, the respondents shall pay cost of Rs. 3,000/- to the petitioner.
