JUDGMENT Pramath Patnaik, J. - Heard Mr. Pradeep Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. R. K. Shahi, associate counsel of learned A.A.G for the respondent-State. 2. In the instant writ application, the petitioner has sought for direction upon the respondents for payment of her full salary and allowances for which she has worked on the post of P.A. in Commercial Taxes Tribunal Ranchi from 01.12.2007 to 30.11.2008. Further, prayer has been made for payment of salary from 01.12.2008 to 30.11.2009 as she worked in the aforesaid post on the recommendation of Chairman Commercial Taxes Tribunal Jharkhand Ranchi. 3. Supplementary affidavit has been filed on behalf of the petitioner wherein it has been submitted that amount of Rs. 1,54,349/- has been awarded in the ''Lok Adalat'' held on 09.10.2010 out of which, an amount of Rs. 1,18,730/- has been credited in the account of the petitioner and the balance amount of Rs. 35,619/- was yet to be paid to the petitioner. It has further been submitted in the affidavit that the petitioner worked on the post of P.A. in Commercial Taxes Tribunal, Ranchi from 01.12.2009 to May, 2010 in anticipation of the sanctioned order. 4. During course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that if liberty would be given to the petitioner to file representation annexing all relevant documents before the respondent-authority more particularly respondent no.3, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order, the grievances of the petitioner shall be redressed. 5. Learned counsel for the respondents-State has raised no serious objection to that course of action. 6. Considering the limited grievance of the petitioner, the writ petition is disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to file a representation before the respondent no.3 within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of copy of this order and on receipt of the said representation, the respondent no.3 shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders within a period of four weeks, thereafter, in accordance with law and the decision taken thereof be communicated to the petitioner within the aforesaid period. 7. It is needless to mention that if the grievances of the petitioner appears to be genuine and the petitioner is entitled to the legally admissible amount, the same shall be paid to the petitioner within a period of four weeks thereafter. 8. 7.
