JUDGMENT Sanjay Karol, A.C.J —Mr. T.S. Chauhan, learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner shall be content if a direction is issued to respondent No. 2 to decide the application filed by the petitioner for parole, expeditiously. 2. As such, we dispose of the present petition with the direction to respondent No. 2 to decide the application filed by the petitioner for parole, within a period of three weeks, reserving liberty to the petitioner to place additional material, if any, in connection with the earlier application for parole or file a fresh application. 3. Liberty is also reserved to the petitioner to approach the Secretary, Himachal Pradesh State Legal Services Authority for getting the order implemented. Petition stands disposed of. Copy dasti.
