JUDGMENT Pramath Patnaik, J. - Heard Mr. A. K. Sahani, learned counsel for the petitioners and Ms. Rashmi Kumari, associate counsel of learned Sr. S.C.I for the respondentState. 2. After some arguments the learned counsel for the petitioners confines his argument with regard to payment of honorarium from October, 2008 till the petitioners have discharged their duties. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that indisputably, the petitioners have been duly selected as Para Teachers and they discharged their duties with utmost satisfaction of the superior authorities. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the honorarium has been paid upto October, 2008 thereafter, no honorarium has been paid to the petitioners without assigning any reason as evident from Annexure-2. Learned counsel for the petitioners further submits that if a direction be issued to the respondents more particularly respondent no.3 to make payment of the admissible honorarium for the period the petitioners have discharged their duties then the grievances of the petitioners shall be redressed. 3. Learned counsel for the respondents-State has raised no serious objection to that course of action. 4. Considering the limited grievance of the petitioners and without delving into the merit of the matter, the writ petition is disposed of with a liberty to the petitioners to file a fresh representation alongwith relevant documents before the respondent no.3 within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of copy of this order and on receipt of the said representation, the respondent no.3 shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders within a period of eight weeks thereafter and the decision taken thereof be communicated to the petitioners within the aforesaid period. 5. It is needless to mention that if the grievances of the petitioners appear to be genuine and the petitioners are entitled to the legally admissible honorarium, the same shall be paid to the petitioners as expeditiously as possible, preferably within two months, thereafter. 6. With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition stands disposed of.
