JUDGMENT Dharam Chand Chaudhary, J —In this matter mediated settlement has taken place. The respondent has handed over the keys of the demised premises to the petitioner on receipt of Rs. 65, 000/- in lump sum towards his claim in the present lis. Being so, learned counsel seeks permission to withdraw this petition. Permission granted. The petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn. Pending application(s) , if any, shall also stand disposed of.
