JUDGMENT : Ashok Kumar, J. 1. Heard Sri Pranjal Mehrotra, learned counsel for the insurance company. 2. This appeal is against the judgment and award dated 29.3.2018 passed by the Tribunal in M.A.C. No. 143 of 2017. 3. Learned counsel for the appellant has pointed out that the counsel Sri Sobhram Kushwaha appeared on behalf of the accused Dinesh Chandra and Bablu in the criminal case in the criminal proceedings related to the same accident and now the same counsel appeared before court below in the instant proceeding on behalf of the claimants. He has therefore, submitted that the act of the said Advocate Sri Sobhram Kushwaha is against the settled norms and is against the law. 4. This fact was brought to the notice of the Tribunal by the insurance company. The Tribunal has not properly examined this issue and prima facie this Court found that the act of the counsel Sri Sobhram Kushwaha is mischievous and wrong. 5. Let the notice be issued to Sri Sobhram Kushwaha, Advocate, (Regd. No. 3088/93) Civil Court, Agra, Mobile No. 9412426814. 6. The Registry is directed to send the notice through C.J.M., Agra to Sri Sobhram Kushwaha, Advocate. 7. Sri Sobhram Kushwaha, Advocate is directed to present before this Court on 13th August, 2018. 8. Put up this petition in the additional cause list on 13.8.2018.
