JUDGMENT Shree Chandrashekhar, J. - Grievance of the petitioner is that additional interest @ 5% has not been paid to her on delayed payment of amount due and payable. 2. The petitioner came to this Court in W.P.(S) No.2025 of 2004 which was disposed of in the following terms: "In case of the failure of the respondents to pay to the petitioner her service/retiral dues within the period aforesaid, the petitioner shall be additionally entitled to get interest at the rate of 5% per annum on the amount of arrears from the date, the petitioner was entitled to get the respective dues till the date of actual payment thereof. The respondents, however, shall be at liberty to realize the said amount of penal interest, from the erring official(s) who is/are found responsible for causing delay in the said payment". 3. She thereafter filed a contempt petition alleging willful disobedience of order dated 04.10.2005 passed in W.P.(S) No. 2025 of 2004. In the proceeding of the contempt case, the respondents made a statement that all admissible payments have been made to her. From order dated 23.03.2012 it appears that the petitioner has raised a grievance in respect of insurance amount and may be certain other amounts, however, this order does not reflect that the petitioner made a specific grievance in respect of non-payment of 5% interest to her as ordered by the writ Court. The petitioner now has filed this writ petition pursuant to the liberty granted to her vide order dated 23.03.2012 passed in Contempt Case (Civil) No.713 of 2010. She has asserted that on 13.06.2012 she has submitted a representation in the office of the Registrar, Vinoba Bhave University. She has raised a grievance on calculation of interest amount as ordered by the writ Court. 4. In the above facts, I am of the opinion that the respondent-University needs to decide claim of the petitioner and accordingly, it is ordered that the Registrar, Vinoba Bhave University-respondent no.2 shall get grievance of the petitioner in respect of wrong calculation on interest examined by the Finance Department and communicate the decision to the petitioner within three months. 5. The writ petition stands disposed of.
