JUDGMENT : MAHABIR SINGH SINDHU, J. 1. Present petition under Section 482 of the Criminal Procedure Code ('Cr.P.C.' - for short) has been filed for issuance of directions to respondents No.2 and 3 for investigation and to register FIR under appropriate Sections of the Indian Penal Code ('IPC' - for short) in view the judgment passed by Hon'ble Apex Court in Lalita Kumari vs. Govt. of U.P. And others in Writ Petition (Criminal) No.68 of 2008 decided on 12.11.2013. 2. It is contended by learned counsel for the petitioner that one Darshan Singh son of Prahlad resident of H. No.327, Dera Gaon, Delhi-74 has installed a tube-well in village Moja Mangar, Tehsil and District Faridabad and he is charging money from the general public for use of the same without any permission. 3. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the paper-book. 4. It transpires that said Darshan Singh has not even been impleaded as party-respondent in the petition and despite that the petitioner is seeking issuance of directions to respondents No.1 to 3 for registration of FIR against him. Even otherwise on a specific query put forth by the Court, learned counsel for the petitioner has failed to point out as to which offences under IPC has been committed by said Darshan Singh in the present case. 5. In view of the above, there is no merit in the present petition and the same is dismissed. 6. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to avail any other remedy available under law.
