JUDGMENT : Mahabir Singh Sindhu, J. Present petitioner has been filed by the petitioner under Section 438 of the Criminal Procedure Code ('Cr.P.C.' - for short) for grant of anticipatory bail in criminal complaint No.Nact/132/2016 dated 2.8.2016. 2. It has been pointed out by learned counsel for the petitioner that in terms of order dated 27.3.2018 passed by this Court, he has surrendered before the learned Trial Court on 13.3.2018 and joined the proceedings. Copy of said order has been supplied to this Court and the same is retained on record and marked as 'X'. 3. In the light of above circumstances, interim bail granted to the petitioner vide order dated 27.3.2018 is made absolute. 4. Petition stands disposed off. 5. It is made clear that petitioner will fully co-operate during the proceedings before learned Trial Court and will not seek any unnecessary adjournment.
