JUDGMENT : DAYA CHAUDHARY, J. CM No.7294-CII of 2018 1. This application is for placing on record Annexures A-1 and A-2. 2. Application is allowed Annexures A-1 and A-2 annexed with the application are taken on record. CM No.7295-CII of 2018 3. This application is for impleading legal representative of the petitioner as the petitioner has died during the pendency of present petition. 4. Notice in the application. 5. For the reasons recorded in the application, the same is allowed and the legal representative of the petitioner as mentioned in Para-2 of the application, is brought on record subject to all just exceptions. Amended memo of parties annexed with the application is taken on record. COCP No.2174 of 2017 6. Reply on behalf of respondents No.2 and 3 has been filed in the Court today and the same is taken on record. Copy thereof has been supplied to learned counsel for the petitioner. 7. Learned counsel for respondents No.2 & 3 submits that as per the direction issued by this Court on 17.08.2016 in CWP No.15283 of 2016, the claim of the petitioner has been considered as representation dated 14.12.2015 has been considered and speaking order has been passed after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner. 8. In view of the submissions made by learned counsel for respondents No.2 & 3, the compliance of the order has been made and nothing survives in the present contempt petition. 9. In case the petitioner is aggrieved by said speaking order, she is at liberty to avail the appropriate remedy. Disposed of.
