JUDGMENT : MAHABIR SINGH SINDHU, J. 1. Present petition has been filed under Section 482 of the Criminal Procedure Code ('Cr.P.C.' - for short) seeking direction to respondents No.2 and 3 to submit report in FIR No.112 dated 6.10.2012 under Sections 295, 379 of the Indian Penal Code ('IPC' - for short) registered at Police Station Ranger Nangal, Police District Batala. 2. Reply by way of an affidavit of Mr. Varinderpreet Singh, PPS, Deputy Superintendent of Police, HQ, Police District Batala on behalf of respondents No.1 to 3 has been filed in Court and same is taken on record. 3. Perusal of para No. 4 of the preliminary submissions of the affidavit reveals that cancellation report in the above-mentioned FIR has been prepared and same has been approved by Senior Superintendent of Police, Batala on 19.12.2017, which has been presented before the learned Trial Court on 24.1.2018. It has further been submitted that statement of complainant-Jyoti Masih has also been recorded on the same date i.e. 24.1.2018 and the case is fixed for 19.5.2018 for necessary orders to be passed by learned Magistrate. 4. In view of the above, prayer of the petitioner is duly satisfied and present petition has rendered infructuous. Ordered accordingly.
