JUDGMENT : MAHABIR SINGH SINDHU, J. 1. Present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for issuance of directions to official respondents to conduct investigation in FIR No.264 dated 17.06.2016, under Sections 302 and 34 IPC & Section 25 of the Arms Act, registered at Police Station Bhupani, District Faridabad by an officer not below the rank of Deputy Commissioner of Police, Faridabad or by a Special Investigating Team. 2. During the course of hearing, it has been pointed out by learned State counsel that cancellation report in the above mentioned FIR has been prepared and submitted before the Illaqa Magistrate and the same is pending for consideration for further necessary action. 3. Faced with the above situation, learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the present petition with a liberty to raise all the pleas before the learned Illaqa Magistrate at the appropriate stage. 4. Permitted to do so. Dismissed as withdrawn, with the aforesaid liberty.
