JUDGMENT : Mahabir Singh Sindhu, J. Present petition under Section 438 of the Criminal Procedure Code ('Cr.P.C.' - for short) has been filed by the petitioner for grant of anticipatory bail in FIR No.38 dated 1.5.2015 under Sections 379, 447, 511, 506, 148, 149 of the Indian Penal Code ('IPC' - for short) and Sections 3(1)(4) of the Scheduled Castes and Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 ('Act” - for short) registered at Police Station Mehna, District Moga. 2. It has been pointed out by learned counsel for the petitioner that he has joined proceedings before learned trial Court on 2.2.2018 and such fact has been duly acknowledged by learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Gulzar Singh. 3. In view of the above, interim order dated 16.1.2018 is made absolute. 4. Petition stands disposed off. 5. It is made clear that petitioner will fully co-operate during the proceedings before learned Trial Court and will not seek any unnecessary adjournment.
