JUDGMENT : MAHABIR SINGH SINDHU, J. 1. Present petition has been filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.63 dated 14.03.2017, registered under Sections 307, 324 and 34 IPC at Police Station Matlauda, District Panipat. 2. It is jointly stated by learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned counsel for the complainant that the dispute is within the family and the same has been duly settled amicably. 3. In view of the abovesaid circumstances, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court deems it appropriate to grant the concession of regular bail to the petitioner and the present petition is accepted. Petitioner-Madan Pal be admitted to bail on his furnishing bail bonds and surety bonds to the satisfaction of the learned trial Court.
