JUDGMENT : DAYA CHAUDHARY, J. 1. Petitioner no.1, while appearing in person, submits that status quo order was passed on 24.05.2016 in the appeal pending before the Financial Commissioner. An application was also moved for vacation of status quo order. Petitioner no.1 could not appear before the Financial Commissioner due to ailment on the date of hearing i.e. 28.03.2018 and without hearing her and without mentioning any reason, the interim order passed in her favour has been vacated. Thereafter, an application was moved for recalling of the order but the same has been ordered to be heard along with the main case. Petitioners would suffer an irreparable loss because of vacation of interim order. 2. Notice of motion. 3. On asking of the Court, Ms. Anu Chatrath, Additional Advocate General, Punjab, who is present in the Court, accepts notice on behalf of respondents-State. 4. In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.1 to decide the revision petition on the next date of hearing i.e. 09.05.2018 and the interim order shall remain pending till the decision of the revision petition. 5. However, it is made clear that in case, the revision petition is not heard on the next date of hearing i.e. 09.05.2018 for any sufficient reason, the same be heard and decided within a period of one month thereafter. 6. The petition is disposed of accordingly.
