JUDGMENT : MAHABIR SINGH SINDHU, J. 1. Present petition has been filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure (Cr.P.C.) for grant of concession of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.108 dated 27.11.2014, under Sections 22 & 25 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 (for short 'NDPS Act'), registered at Police Station Rampura, District Bathinda. 2. It is contended by learned counsel for the petitioners that in pursuance of order dated 21.03.2018, the petitioner has joined the investigation on 11.04.2018 and his custodial interrogation is no longer required. 3. The above factual position is duly acknowledged by learned State counsel, on instructions from HC Kawal Singh, by submitting that the custodial interrogation of the petitioner is not required in this case. 4. In view of above, the interim order dated 21.03.2018 is hereby made absolute, subject to the conditions as envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. and the present petition stands disposed off.
