JUDGMENT Pramath Patnaik, J. - Heard Mr. V. P. Singh, learned senior counsel for the petitioners and Mr. D. K. Dubey, learned Sr. S.C.I for the respondent-State. 2. The aforesaid writ petition has been filed for quashing/rescinding the order dated 17.07.2009 passed by the Engineer-in-chief pertaining to recovery from the salary of the petitioner in one lump sum for the period from the date of joining till before the date of posting of the petitioners. 3. The order which has been impugned in the writ application has been cancelled/rescinded as has been mentioned in Para-7 vide Annexure-A to the counter-affidavit.. 4. Learned senior counsel for the petitioners has fairly submitted that grievance of the petitioners has been redressed and he does not want to press the writ petition. 5. Learned counsel for the respondent-State has reiterated the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner. 6. In view of the categorical submissions made by the learned counsel for the respective parties, the grievance of the petitioners has already been redressed. 7. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of being infructuous. 8. In view of the final order passed in the writ petition, I.A. No.2353 of 2009 also stands disposed of.
