JUDGMENT : MAHABIR SINGH SINDHU, J. 1. Present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing of Complaint No.9061 of 2017 dated 11.12.2017, titled as 'State Bank of India Versus Jasleen Kaur and another' (Annexure P-2) and the summoning order (Annexure P-3), pending before the Court of learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), Amritsar. 2. In pursuance of the notice of motion issued by this Court on 02.04.2018, Mr. Bharat Bhushan Singla, Chief Manager, SBI, RACPC, Amritsar is present on behalf of the respondent/Bank and has apprised this Court that the abovesaid complaint has already been settled between the parties and the same was dismissed as withdrawn before the learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Amritsar on 19.04.2018. Copy of the order along with statements of the parties has been produced on record and marked as 'X'. 3. In view of the above, no further action is required in the present case. 4. Accordingly, the present petition is disposed off as having been rendered infructuous.
