JUDGMENT : DAYA CHAUDHARY, J. 1. The petitioner has filed an application before the Sub Divisional Canal Officer, Kalanwali for restoration of water course and the said application was allowed on 10.03.2015. Said order was challenged by the respondents by way of filing an appeal before the Divisional Canal Officer, Rori, which was dismissed and the order passed by the Sub Divisional Canal Officer was upheld. Thereafter, the respondents filed a revision before the Superintending Canal Officer which was also dismissed. Meaning thereby, all the authorities are in favour of the petitioner but in spite of that, the order is not being implemented. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner served a legal notice upon the respondents but no action has been taken thereupon so far. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be satisfied, in case, the directions are issued by this Court to take action on legal notice dated 01.03.2018 (Annexure P-4) with the petition. 3. Keeping in view the limited prayer of the petitioner, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.1 to take action on the legal notice dated 01.03.2018 (Annexure P-4) within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of the order. 4. The petition is disposed of accordingly.
