JUDGMENT : DAYA CHAUDHARY, J. 1. The grievance of the petitioner in the present petition is that an appeal along with application for interim stay was filed on 07.01.2018 and the same has not been decided. Even no date has been given so far. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that one of the respondent namely Parneet Kaur-respondent No.3 has approached this Court by way of filing CWP No.5311 of 2018, wherein, directions have been issued to respondent No.2 to take action on the pending representation dated 23.01.2018 within a period of four weeks. Learned counsel also submits that because of said directions for taking decision on the representation, the order, which is under challenge in the appeal, is going to be implemented. 3. The present petition has been filed only on the basis of apprehension that the order is going to be implemented, whereas, there is no document to show that the order is going to be implemented. 4. By considering the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner that the appeal has not been listed for hearing and even the application for interim stay has not been heard, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.1 to hear the main appeal preferably within a period of two weeks from today and in case, for any sufficient reason, the appeal is not being heard then the application for interim directions be heard preferably within a period of two weeks only. 5. However, the petitioner is at liberty to bring to the notice of the concerned authorities that the appeal along with application is pending.
