ORDER 1. Appeal admitted. 2. The appellant has challenged the Order dated 31.05.2018 passed by the High Court vide which he has been convicted for contempt of the Court and is sentenced to undergo simple imprisonment for a period of one month. The Court has also suspended the sentence in view of the fact that there is a right of appeal against the said Order. Challenging the said Order, the present appeal has been filed. 3. We have gone through the matter in detail and are of the view that it was not a case where the contempt action should have been taken against the appellant who is an Advocate. We thus allow this appeal and set aside the impugned order passed by the High Court.
