ORDER : 1. Report of the Central Vigilance Commission (“CVC”) with regard to the preliminary enquiry held in respect of the petitioner – Alok Kumar Verma in Writ Petition No.1309 of 2018, (three in number) in sealed cover, has been submitted in Court today by Shri Tushar Mehta, learned Solicitor General. 2. Report of the orders passed by the Acting Director M. Nageshwar Rao (respondent No.6 in Writ Petition (Civil) No.1315 of 2018), (three in number) in sealed cover, in terms of the previous order of this Court dated 26th October, 2018 has also been submitted in Court today by Shri P.S. Narasimha, learned Additional Solicitor General. 3. Both the aforesaid reports are taken on record. 4. All the matters will be considered on Friday next i.e. 16th November, 2018.
