JUDGMENT Ajay Kumar Mittal, J —The prayer made in this writ petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, is seeking issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent No.6 to register the FIR regarding multi crores of Pacca Water Course Scandal committed by the officers/officials of the Punjab State Tubewell Corporation in District Mansa in the year 2016. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that inadvertently, certain relevant facts could not be incorporated and documents appended with the present writ petition. Accordingly, a prayer was made that he may be allowed to withdraw the present writ petition, with liberty to the petitioner to file fresh writ petition on the same cause of action by furnishing the better particulars. 3. Dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty as aforesaid.
